It really stinks that we took all this away from these Natives. It was rightfully their’s, but we didn’t care. They cared so much about the land, and we made it into farmland, or today, “Target”. We Americans are so inconsiderate. That was really cool.

That was a pretty intense letter. I think that when he said we should take care of the land as they had done that we messed up. This summer I went to Seattle, it was pretty cool. When I was there we saw so much nature outside the city. I even got to pet a wild seal.I saw this because i think nature might be coming back after all these years.

I think that the East and West are becoming different because the East was starting to manufacture things and more settlers are going to the West to settle more land.

i think that the east were growing different because the east stearted to manu facture things and the west had more land for people to settle on and plus the west had the gold rush which made more people come so the west didnt have to work to make people come and the east did

i think that the native americans were scared that we would misuse the land . it was really rude and unfair how we just stole it from them as if their opinion didnt even matter. it was a cool clip.

I thought that it was really sad how we just took the land and made them get forced into a land they didn’t know. I think that they knew the land better than anyone else could. I also think that the americans treated them horrible because they were just like them but with different cultures. I thought the clip was really cool and it made me get a great feel on how they felt about the land and the americans taking it.

I felt very bad for the Native Americans that had to leave their homes and move West onto territory. In the blog, the leader of the tribe was talking about what it was like before we came along and moved them West. He talked about the rivers and the animals that they used to help them live. Then he told about when the Americans came and took over their land. One picture that ment a lot to me showd Americans selling buffalo parts for no reason. I knew that the Native Americans used every part of the buffalo that they used. It made me feel like I am guilty of killing off the Native Americans.

I think the chief was really worried that we would misuse the land and that we would take everything away from it that sacred. He sounded really sad, too, because he knew that we could do that. Looking at all the national parks like Yosemite and Yellowstone, you kinda wonder why we don’t have more of our country and world that way.
